Assuming its a world we had to get Jennings- I wish we drafted MCW, amnestied CV31 and signed Jennings outright.

Jennings / Knight / MCW is an interesting 3 guard rotation.

Jennings weighs like 160lbs. He'll never be a penetrating guard.

I liked Knights effort though. If you put Knights head on Jennings body you would have an all star.

What? Knight is taller, longer, stronger and shoots well from 3. Jennings is quicker and a better passer is where he's better but athletically not near as good as Knight

and thank you for saying it. Jennings is a heap of trash. No team will ever win a thing with him playing significant minutes. This trade may end up being one of the worst in franchise history, and I thank Gores and his playoff mandate just as much as Dumars for it. We'll know in another five years as Middleton and knight develop further. As for Jennings, what you see is what you get. He's a dud. It is painful to watch him play. In fact, I can't. Came to that conclusion early on.

Ive said it before and i'll say it again, i wish Dumars signed Jennings outright and kept Knight and Middleton without signing Smith.
Knight would have been a great 6th man.

Knight/Jennings is just trading one eye sore for another. What makes me want to vomit is that Middleton >Smith and he was the perfect fit for 5% of the cost.

So Joe you traded the better player who was making less than min for a player near max who is inferior. What is the point of having Dumars late rd draft expert if Dumars (trade young players for bad vets) is just going to come in and screw it up?

Teague Affalo Middleton Moose Drummond would be a great team but alas Dumarshas to chase names and give away young talent.

The short term memory around here.Knight sucked,he would have a couple of games were he would put up decent numbers but then fall right back down to earth. The biggiest problem was his handling, turnover prone, poor court vision. He is a sg stuck in a pg body. The only good that I will say was that he had heart and was a good defender at pg.

I remember seeing jennings play and thinking wow this is what an good pg looks like (besides his shooting and defense)his ballhandling, court vision, passing,he was a definite upgrade from knight.Even the bucks board dont think much about him.

the only player i really wish we drafted is antetokounmpo. MCW is coming back down to earth, and nobody else available has proven anything. we should have rolled the dice on knight maturing under cheeks and chauncey. his growing pains couldn't possibly have been worse than jennings' 8th grade basketball IQ

Should have drafted Burke like 95% of Michigan residents wanted.. Moved Knight to the 2.. Kept Middleton..

Burke/Knight/Middleton could spread the floor pretty nice..

MCW/Knight would've been a dream fit. MCW runs the offense on offense and guards the SG, Knight spreads the floor and guards the PG.

Knight really isn't good. He may be a nice scoring punch off the bench in the future but really, that's it. Dude can't pass.

As one of the biggest Knight supporters here i will say that this is a bit of a oversell. With BK here, this team would probably look worst. Jennings at the very least understands the offense of a game and can make passes, BK has yet to develop that feel. The one thing i would have love to see is BK, KCP and Middleton line up defensively.

so knight isn't ever going to be a decent distributor and that makes him no good.

if a coach cant figure out how to benefit from a player putting up the numbers knight is on offense, along with his effort on the defensive end..... then that coach shouldn't be in the league.

I didn't say that he wasn't going to be good, I think he'll be a useful scoring 6th man off the bench. But with his limitations I don't see how he's a starter.

Knight is fine being Chalmers or Fisher otherwise he's still the same **** PG you guys got rid of. Middleton is a thing of beauty though.
