Jackson absolutely loves the spotlight and he did win championships as a player with the Knicks, so it's almost like him coming home anyways. What better team to be the central focus to everything and fame than the Knicks and NYC, pretty much the news capital of the US?
There's literally a zero chance PJax is coming here. Besides a "Gores" connection, if it can even be called that, he has no actual ties to Detroit and it's a terrible place to live compared to other big city names.
