I'll drag my kids into the living room and tell them we can go to their favorite restaurant if we get a top 3 pick. And then, I'll look at the list of teams and their odds, so I know the order to expect them.
Then, Adam Silver will announce: "The 8th pick goes to the Sacramento Kings". Craziness!!!!!! Then they will go through the rest of the names through 4, someone else may have gotten screwed (hopefully Philly), and then commercial break. Afterward, it gets crazy as we get the #2 pick. And it doesn't matter - Embiid, Wiggins, Parker, Exum? Maybe trade down? Who knows. But we will be going out to my kids favorite restaurant later
Are the Kings the only team that could show up at 8 if we moved up into the top 3?
