Players with no guaranteed money or a limited amount for the next salary cap year are always sought after as they could be used to help facilitate a trade. That is the case in 2014 and here is the breakdown of those players who could be used in draft-day trades or deals beginning on July 10 when the 2014-15 moratorium ends.
Any team acquiring these players will likely waive them immediately or before the start of the 2014-15 regular season.
No Salary Protection
Boston: Keith Bogans ($5,058,138)
Cleveland: Alonzo Gee ($3,000,000), Scotty Hopson ($1,450,878)
Oklahoma City: Hasheem Thabeet ($1,250,000) to full if not waived by Sept. 1
Orlando: Jason Maxiell ($2,500,000) to full if not waived by July 10
Utah: John Lucas III ($1,600,000)
Of these six players, all but Thabeet will likely be waived if they are not traded.
Limited Salary Protection
Atlanta: Pero Antic ($1,250,000) to full if not waived by July 15
Cleveland: Anderson Varejao ($9,704,545) guaranteed for $4,000,000
Dallas: Samuel Dalembert ($3,867,282) guaranteed for $1,800,000
Indiana: Luis Scola ($4,868,499) guaranteed for $940,936
LA Clippers: Jamal Crawford ($5,450,000) guaranteed for $1,500,000 and to full if not waived by June 30
Memphis: Kosta Koufos ($3,000,000) guaranteed for $500,000 and to full if not waived by June 30
Orlando: Jameer Nelson ($8,000,000) guaranteed for $2,000,000 and to full if not waived by July 15
San Antonio: Tony Parker ($12,500,000) guaranteed for $3,500,000 and to full if not waived by June 30
Toronto: Tyler Hansbrough ($3,326,235) guaranteed for $1,000,000 and to full if not waived by June 29, Amir Johnson ($7,000,000) guaranteed for $5,000,000, John Salmons ($7,000,000) guaranteed for $1,000,000 and to full if not waived by June 30
Washington: Andre Miller ($4,650,000) guaranteed for $2,000,000 and to full if not waived by June 28
Of this group, the players likely to be waived if they are not traded include Nelson, Hansbrough and Salmons.
Limited Salary Protection - Minimum Salary
Charlotte: Jeff Taylor ($915,243) zero protection and to full if not waived by June 30
LA Clippers: Willie Green ($1,448,490) zero protection and to full if not waived by July 1
San Antonio: Austin Daye ($1,063,384) $250,000 guaranteed and to full if not waived by June 30
The Hornets will keep Taylor while there is a chance the Clippers could waive Green. The Spurs will release Daye by the deadline day if he is not traded.

Non Guaranteed Salaries - Trade targets?
Here is a good summary of non-guaranteed contracts that we could trade for and release to improve our cap situation. If you want to dump Smith, this could be useful.

Re: Non Guaranteed Salaries - Trade targets?
This is more for the teams looking to shed money now to get more cap room for Lebron and Melo bidding.
Why aren't we on this list with Siva and Harrelson?
If Nelson's option isn't picked up, last I read is that it will be though, I wonder if he becomes a prime target here. It would make some sense to bring in a SVG guy, especially at the point guard spot, to institute the SVG offense and Jameer had a pretty good on court synergy and off court relationship with Howard IIRC, that Stand could maybe hope to replicate with Dre and Jameer.
I guess it will depend on if Orlando drafts Exum/Smart come Thursday.

And I think Chicago has 100% non-guarantees with Mike James, Lou Amundson, and 1 or 2 others.

Yeah, lets definitely go after Tony Parker!
The player with a high likely of getting ousted and could help Detroit next season is Jameer Nelson, especially if they draft Exum tomorrow.

A great target would be Bogans. If we wanted to trade someone to Boston for a salary dump, then we could just cut Bogans.

No one on this roster makes a deal for Bogans work. Boston doesn't want our scraps.
