What I don't understand is they just traded away Afflalo and now they sign BG? Makes no sense at all.

Got Foriengeeeeey and a second, cleared cap space. Maybe they'll start BG now or 6th man off the bench to see if they can revive his career as a shooter. 2 year deal on a tanking team that REALLY lacks shooters, they might hit a HR with it. Or they may just be able to move him like they moved Affalo for something, even if it is a second rounder.

Scott Perry was the lead asst GM in both situations too. I guess he thought trading Afflalo for nothing in order to overpay BG once in a career wasn't enough...lol

So glad we didn't hire that guy to be our GM.
