If we had Monroe secured to a long range contract, I'd do it. We really need to fix our front line soon. We have two centers and a PF who thinks he's a 3. I'd prefer to trade Smith and Monroe and just move on with some more rebuilding, but Jabari would look nice at the 3 for us.

He's unlikely to be a Ben Wallace type defender/rim protector (Wallace was unreal at his peak - can't see Drummond with that same drive)...so his value, although significant, may cap out at a lower level than most think.

Parker has tremendous upside. Sky could be the limit for him. I'd have to think his ceiling is higher than Drummond...whether he makes it happen is questionable, but it's the same for Drummond.

Like 'em both. Difficult call.

If were talking about who has a higher ceiling then I dont see how that couldn't be Drummond.

He may, but I believe the gap between where he is now and his ceiling is greater than Parker's (who's ceiling is pretty darn high)...and I'm not convinced Drummond can improve his deficiencies enough to reach his.

Both have bright futures of course...but Parker may end up the better of the two. Longevity risk is also likely a greater factor with Drummond...if he's unable to develop the offensive skills, we know that maintaining the necessary athleticism for those with his large frame can be a struggle after reaching 30. Difficult call.

Nobody cares what you think. Why are you even here? Besides for trying too degrade Drummond in all of our threads, Istthere a reason?
