We're basically without him now via not using him & we are 3-16..

Yea I don't get this...his defense aside he's our only real low post scorer and the only potential go to scorer we have..we're supposed to be better off with out him  People on here make less and less sense with each passing day Lucidity...It's madness..

honestly when josh smith got that ball at the 3 point line, the best thing he could have done was shoot that shot. i highly doubt that he would have got a better look if he placed it on the floor or even a look at all. It should tick everyone off that Smith is even in the game in teh first place down 2.

Obv were playing with the 'if' game here but seriously josh smith could of just lunged into a defender or even pulled up from midrange with 5 secs left...westbrook is sinking into the paint, atleast make a play, get creative, try to get a higher percentage shot with 5 secs left like c'mon.

a miss is a miss but sheesh, don't need a home-run ball.

and you are probably right on the bolded part, that didn't even sink in until you mentioned it, but seriously it was a bone-headed shot.

I am pretty sure if Smith doesn't take that shot, he's either putting it on the floor to take a horrid fadeaway Midrange shot, a out of control hook shot while stumbling or a really hard pass to a shooter to take a extremely contested last second shot. While this is the "if" game, having watched smith for 2 +years, i know nothing good would have come from Smith starting to dribble.

His defense hasn't even been bad this year either.

Luckily most on here have finally caught up, last year was comical at times. I even went back & read the thread when we signed Josh. Hilarious, it was a stark reminder at how many people don't watch a ton of bball.

If we lose Monroe, it's going to set this team back at least 2 years. Nobody on this team will fill the void of 16 and 10 that easily since everyone is still developing and or trash.

So basically, it's going to suck.
