Monroe's 'AND OUAAANE'

Post#1 » by ducler » Sun Dec 7, 2014 12:36 pm

I don't know if some of you feel the same way, but I am so tired to ear him scream that each time he attempts a shot, and most of the times he miss those shots.
Someone has to teach him that to be an 'and 1' he must make the shot...

Monroe's 'AND OUAAANE'

His incessant grunting is quite possibly the most incredulous behavior I have observed on this team.

Greg loves to grunt and whine.

Calling the and-one with about this much contact from whoever he's driving on.

I think Monroe's being doing that consistently since year 2 of his pro-career.

max contract tho

Our last 3 nba coaches didnt want to play monroe and drummond together.
It's obvious now to most fans, monroe and drummond playing inside is not beneficial. Drummond happens to be more efficient inside.
hmm... what to do about two of the same players who play inside, but one is better than the other?
hmmm. Probably bench one and limit their minutes together.

Just bc they are bigs with potential that are young in age doesnt mean you can place them together and see them grow together. Doesnt work that way bc monroe lacks everything needed to complement Dre at the 4.

^I don't want to go as far as you just did, especially at the end. I think in the right situation, with the right players around them, it could work.... we just don't have the right players

Monroe's post game is miles ahead of Drummond, but man does he lack the athleticism that Drummond has .

Its impossible. Unless, you can genetically enhance gregs athleticism.

Just picture a 7 game series against the cavs.

How would greg do against love? Drummond would foul out alot that series bc greg is **** on the help side. they are not compatible, greg is too slow to help out. we would get swept easily even if we had good guards.

That scenario right there alone tells me im not giving greg big money. You can bottom out this year and get much better pieces in the draft than greg, like a okafor.

I think Monroe needs to be a center on a team with good spacing and a defensive 4 to back him up. He is polished as a post player, a change of scenery is guaranteed. No way Pistons don't trade him knowing he's gone next year.

It's an annoying habit that he should be ashamed of.

if I was a ref I would just say 'thanks for letting me know you got fouled greg' as sarcastically as I could.

Whenever I see Mayo talkin **** about other people's opinions I like to remind everyone that this guy, even after their rookie season, said that Royce White was better than Anthony Davis and that Royce White should've been picked ahead of Davis.

The truly sad part is that this team is so bad in so many ways yet a few guys focus on the only 1 or 2 good things we have.

If Greg spent as much time working on a jumper as you guys spend finding new ways to hate on his game....

But really. Who cares. You're really going to nitpick this much just because you don't like the guy?

This is almost as bad as whoever said that Josh Smith doesn't smile enough.

Or when Jenninns posted a pic of himself in a bucks uniform on Instagram for "throw back Thursday".

Next we're going to see something about how SVGs haircut is annoying and apparently contributing to his lack of immediate impact on the team so far.

I get it. This season is really tough. But the posting quality is mirroring the team's performance right now.
