Every coach we've had since Brown , either didn'ty have the balls , the power , or in some cases the brains to sit the spoiled malcontents down when their coasting. It'll be interesting to see how SVG handles this . It's time to jettison some of this flotsom bench some of the others, and get some people out there that not only want to play, but that want to be on this team.

Caught you guys just for the third time this season. Thought that this play basically captures the Brandon Jennings and Josh Smith experience:

complete disregard for shot selection and sleep-walking on defense.

I hope that this isn't something that rubs off on Drummond and that his mediocre season is only a product of a team that doesn't have any cohesion.

Keep your heads up!

SVG was making some point I'm sure, but I want to join the others who have expressed some support for KCP. I thought he had a pretty good game going prior to be banished to the bench. Yes I know about the 3 turnovers, but otherwise a good start. I did like his willingness to drive and handle the ball. On a team where effort is a problem he's been an exception.

I'm not sure Monroe is a top 10 PF. Not factoring in age I would take these guys over Moose everyday of the week and twice on Sunday.

Davis
Griffin
Randolph
Aldridge
Dirk
Pau Gasol
Ibaka
Love
Bosh

Arguments can be made for these guys to also be better
Taj Gibson
Millsap
Favors

Nearly impossible to ignore age in this discussion.

Most of those older guys weren't as good as Monroe when they were 24.

The stadium is empty because the team sucks, which happens in other NBA cities as well. When the Pistons were good the Palace was consistently sold out. A team has to go through a lot of years of uninterested ownership, lack of investment into the franchise, and what appears to be a permanently absent fanbase before a move is considered. Metro Detroit still supports its sports teams very well as long as they're not absolute garbage.

I honestly can't believe you're serious about this question. Since when does the NBA move teams out of cities? When they would hypothetically sit down to make that decision, would Tom Gores be invited to that meeting or what? With decades of fan apathy and bad management the Clippers weren't moved from LA, even with the Lakers rendering them super irrelevant in that town. But you're worried about the Pistons, who have 10 times the tradition and a proven track record of fan support, being foreceably moved from the city because down attendance in a rebuilding period. The Atlanta Hawks have bad attendance in good years, but you're worried about the Pistons being moved. I just don't think you thought that one all the way through.
