Well that was ugly.
Smith couldn't finish at the rim as always. Monroe looked completely uninterested. Drummond did good things, but still left a lot to be desired on the defensive side. KCP was invisible and got schooled by Reddick. Jennings was another non factor. Just a horrible showing all around.
I enjoyed watching Jonas, Meeks and Dinwiddie at the end there. At least they played with some energy.
We, as fans, need a roster shake up in the worst possible way. It's hard to watch games like this where most of the team doesn't seem to care about the outcome.

Nice to see Andre playing reasonably well and Meeks contributing.

We aren't anywhere near the level of the top ten teams in the NBA... that should be obvious.

Team heads back to detroit now, with a day off. It would be a lot more likely to try and make a trade now than it would be while out on the west coast

Bad game all around- Clippers bigs thoroughly outworked ours- Deandre was easily better than Drummond, Monroe was outworked by Davis and Smith was Smith. KCP returned to form and Jennings/Augustin continue to play horribly. Jodie Meeks looked impactful but thats about it.

Very good, I agree. Even though they are less talented, at least a team like the 76ers is loaded with players who are hungry because they're trying to make it in the league. Jerebko and maybe Butler/Singler are the only guys who always appear to be engaged and working when they're in. Maybe that's just me though.

Edit: and if we were a winner, I wouldn't care about the body language or what kind of effort it looked like people were giving. But instead we **** suck.. so yeah.

I really dislike him.

if he was a piston, i'm sure both of you have a diff opinion on him

That's always how that works. As a Packer fan I hated Jared Allen... but hey, I would have taken him (also applies to Peppers, but we did eventually get him). Lmao.

Griffen is a great player right now, I'll say he's the second best 4 in the league. I respect his skill and elite athletic ability, that doesn't mean I have to like him :P

We played so well at the beginning of the game, I can't believe we lost like that.

Meeks is definitely going to steal the starting job from Kant Shootwell-Pope.

Who says no? KCP should play SF more.

Why? That won't improve his shot and he'll be less effective defensively.
Comments to rationalize bad contracts -
1) It's less than the MLE
2) He can be traded later
3) It's only __% of the cap
4) The cap is going up
5) It's only __ years
6) He's a good mentor/locker room guy

3 out 2 in with Monroe and Dre. It was a better line up than what we ran with Singler/Jennings/KCP out and Smith Dre inside.
