He should be benched. Moose MUST BE MOVED FOR THE BEST DEAL POSSIBLE. No way we're doing a sign and trade with a 5 year max deal and getting good pieces back.

Most of the people responsible for the current make-up of the team, and poor attendance are gone. Gores didn't move the Piston to Auburn Hills, Davidson did. SVG didn't build this team, Dumars (and probably Gores).

Exactly, people also forget, stan just got her,he didnt have relationships with the players or know their habits.Iam sure he figured moose would probably take the offer and didnt relize at that moment that it was a mistake to think that.Iam sure if stan was here longer and was more familiar with the player and what was going on ,the off season would have been quite different.

The Palace being in Auburn Hills is only part of the reason attendance is so bad in the down years. It's mostly just because the team is bad. The Palace went through a huge string of consecutive sellouts during the heyday of the Pistons.

I speculate that the Pistons being downtown would bring a lot more fans in the down years than the Palace does, simply because there are other things to do downtown (casinos/bars/restaurants) that are easily accessible. Auburn Hills has diddly squat.

Jennings sucked last night, but he's not the reason we got blown out. We gave up 57 points to their starting wing players on mostly layups and uncontested jumpers. If Dre wasn't playing out of his mind, it would have been a complete blowout from start to finish.

I know that. In Stan I trust. I just think, like many of us did, he underestimated how terrible this team is then got greedy when it came to moving some of the pieces. He has dump the guys that hurt us most no matter what so we can move on from this "era"

I agree. A winning product will bring out the fans. But, there's no miracle wand to make the vast changes this teams needs. This isn't 2K, where you can trade Smith and Jennings for good players, unfortunately.

The Pistons are stuck in AH, and the only solution is more cowbell....wait, no....I meant good basketball. Yeah, good basketball.

he basically controlled any trades since he could "veto" any trade by threatening to not re-sign. we had zero chance to get him, trust me.

plus, he's a non-all star now with his awful shooting numbers as of late, it's like he's trying to catch up to Josh Smith in that regard.

This video is so hypnotic. The two suits simultaneously doing the traveling gesture, Jennings inexplicably passing on a wide open layup....I could see myself getting lost in this video and being glued to the monitor until somebody unplugged the computer.
Tom Gores' Securus faced a class action lawsuit in 2024. The company engaged in a "quid pro quo kickback scheme" with county jails in Michigan which banned in-person visits in order to maximize revenue from voice and video calls.

There was honestly zero sarcasm there lol, I think he's going to thrive in Dallas running the P&R with chandler while having Dirk spreading the court and leading the offensive attack. Having Monta and Parsons has secondary ball handlers will only increase their offensive efficiency.

Their defense will still be mediocre, but they definitely got a lot better on both ends. They're gonna miss having wright and his overall absurd efficiency though.
