He's actually 23 years old. Spent four years in college, at Memphis and Kentucky.

Black is 6'7" 1/2 without shoes, has a 7'2" 3/4 wingspan, and is 253lbs. Surprised the Rockets favoured Joey Dorsey (31 years old, 6'6" 1/4 without shoes, 7'1" 3/4 wingpan, 265lbs) over him TBH. They're similar players, but I thought Black just had more upside, given his age and more recent experience in big-time winning college programs.

Ideally, with his size, Black is a power forward at NBA level, but can fill in as your third centre. He's a decent shot-blocker, and is efficient around the basket, which is all you really want from your 5th/6th big. Still leaves a bit of a hole in terms of a true back-up centre, that can be relied upon for 15-20 minutes a game, unless SVG wants to play Joel Anthony more (which I don't think and don't recommend he does).
It's such a fine line between stupid and clever.
