I didn't attend either, but growing up it was always a pick sides between UM/MSU thing. Even though I wasn't a college football fan then, I picked UM, and last year I watched a bunch of the high profile games (not UM obviously, outside of vs. Ohio St).. and it's so much better than the NFL. The game just seems to flow better because there are not the same stupid mass amount of penalties and it's cool to see real NFL players and how much they standout vs. Just college players.
I'll definitely be watching more games now (assuming it really happens, I don't trust it till he actually signs) and the whole Harbaugh vs. Myer rivalry is going to be one of the biggest storylines, even starting next year. I love the drama already.
