I value culture over assets. Drummond is our franchise player and if we want to keep him we need to let him know that. Build around him, and make sure the younger guys play better each game. That's the ideal way to keep him happy as a Pistons. We didn't make it to the playoffs for 6 years. It's time to change that and have that winning culture back. The Pistons franchise deserve a lot better as a franchise with a history full of success.
