Bulls, Raptors, Hawks, Wizards, Cavs, Bucks, Heat, Nets, Pacers, Pistons. In that order, don't get too ahead of yourself.

With a 6 game win streak even I'm starting to think the playoffs might not be impossible (although I'm still sticking to my larger sample size argument :)). But best team in the East? Come on, now. Seriously.

Great win. Huge overreaction.

Bulls are proven, and easily look the best to take the east. Raptors are having a terrific season. Atlanta is tearing it up as Spurs East.

We're definitely not worthy of this conversation. You can't really say we're anything more than a hot team at the moment. True success is sustained over time.

2. For as much criticism i gave Drummond early in the season he's becoming the best center in the NBA
3. A duo of playmaking point guards in Jennings and Augustin that get the ball to our shooters well

Also the Spurs don't lose at home too often to Eastern teams and when they do those teams are really good

The Bulls are the best team in the East.
The Hawks have the best record in the East.

We have the best coach in the East.

We currently have the longest win streak in the league.

We have one of the best rebounding centers in the NBA who has a LOT to learn. His game skillwise is WAY behind, but his strength & agility is closing the gap between himself and some of the better bigs. He needs to watch film on Shaq and Ben Wallace/Joakim Noah.

We could make an argument for being in the top eight...at some point. Right now I would cautiously move us up to the 9th or 10th best team in the East (and climbing).

I'd like to redact my earlier ridicule of this topic. YES WE FREAKING ARE THE BEST IN THE EAST!!!

(I'd just like to clarify that I'm also just kidding, but we're pretty impressive either way  )

Cavs are a wildcard. They SHOULD be good, but they can't play defense to save their lives. Obviously they're not healthy, but I don't think they're that good of a team at all.

I think LeBron beasts the second half of the season and takes them into 2nd on the list. Those two trades were very good for them also.

The trades definitely help (I'm a big Shumpert fan and Mozgov should help them), but their bench is still weak and idk if their players are actually capable of playing good defense.

I agree they have a pretty average ceiling for their defense, but I think their offense will start rolling and compensate for that against most teams.

If we extend this streak to 10 games, beating the cavs, spurs, mavs, hawks, nets, and raptors along the way we are definitely a team that can make noise in the lousy east. Crazy to even think that after sitting at 5-23 2 weeks ago.

Wow, the "BULLS" got beat by 20 on their home court last night in a game where none of the Bulls starters were out of the game? WOW.
