Wow mods, this should be an easy one for you.

Funniest part was he completely fabricated that Reggie comment.

I always loved the Reggie get, I just stressed we need shooting around him because he isnt a shooter which is true.

This forum has gone downhill because of posters like you. I hope you do not return to be honest, you contribute nothing of value to this board. You must be a big strong man to use these derogatory terms with the anonymity of the internet.

The Allen Iverson days were pretty bad on this board. And, TBH- it seems like its the pro Smith crowd that have lead to this Monroe stuff. When Pistons were rolling with Jennings/Monroe/Drummond you didn't hear any nonsense about how the pair didn't fit, then we acquire Jackson and go on that losing streak and these guys come out of the woodwork.

This vitriol isn't even based on actual game play or reality but on preconceived notions and narratives- too many people just don't want to be wrong. Not sure why, IDGAF when I'm wrong- Id rather be wrong if it means the team is firing on all cyclinders.

Great post man. I just didn't get it. It was basically, "oh we're losing? Monroe's back? That MUST be the reason why". I mean come on people.

Absolutely awful, to the point where I didn't even want to visit the forums during the Iverson days.

The Pistons faithful were, by mid season, more or less united on the Anti-Iverson side, but Iverson came with his own pre-packaged group of fanboys, who remained on the board but began actively rooting AGAINST the Pistons when it became clear how toxic the relationship between the 2 parties was.

At least everyone on the board now wishes the team well.

I was excited about the iverson trade admittedly. I didn't think the goin to work were getting promoted to the finals. Plus, I thought Stuckey was gonna be an all star and we would use the cap space to bolster the front court. But by the all star break I hated the trade even though I still had cap space hope.

I think the biggest problem when we had Iverson was that he literally needs the ball in his hands to be effective. We didn't have players or a coach that could comfortably adhere to that so that's why it failed miserably.

yup i contribute nothing. in the trade thread i was one of 4 posters who mentioned trades for reggie jackson. of the 4, i posted it the most defending my opinions of why reggie jackson is going to be a star player. i believe you attacked reggie on this forum for 2 weeks and you argued with people who liked reggie. i believe "detroit pistons" was the only poster left that still supported him while he was trolled. now i barely see him post. you troll people who disagree with you. its been going on for a while dude. :nonono:

lets see what else have i contributed? i believe my draft player evaluations have been spot on. i placed gorgui dieng in the top 5 for the mock draft forum in 2013. i gave a detailed explanation of how i believed mr. dieng should be selected as the first big. loooks like i was right and that added great insight for readers. what did your high IQ offer? moping and whining of how joe d fukd it all up by taking kcp over mcw. my god what a complainer you are and you never stop. now you look like the biggest .... with your 15 posts you reiterate over and over about mcw. hows mcw now? i see youve gone hiding. and i dont contribute much? in my draft analysis in the 2013 draft forum at realgm i described in detail why you should NOT place mcw in the top ten and anthony bennet AS WELL. wow looks like i am right again.

what else have i contributed? my defense of kcp, and hes gonna be a stud. and what have you done about kcp? nothing but attack him. then you complain that we gave little time to khris middleton and now your ready to give up on a second year player like kcp? joke.

what else have i contributed? i mentioned in the 2014 detroit pistons draft forum in detail how mitch mcgary is a top 5 pick. really good analysis for the readers. looks like i am right, again. heres a freebie for you since i dont care about postng with trolls. kaminsky is a top 5 pick. even though your struggling with player evaluation and talent evaluation i feel sorry for you and willing to give you a free top 5 pick player who will go either to detroit at 8 or be a steal in the mid-round. my contributions to this forum is player/talent evaluation and my track record speaks for itself.

greg monroe garbage- your ranting on this guy will come to an end. even though you have a few clowns here who support you, ( which is like 3 people) it doesnt matter to me bc over time greg will look like what we all thought he is. a overrated big with litlte to offer except post scoring. whoop tee doo.. say what up to elton brand for me and what he has won in his career. and he is way better than greg

@Hotmayo you should really be applauded for declaring Trey Burke the best PG in the 2013 draft and Tony Mitchell the best SF in the 2013 draft(who you wanted Detroit to take at 8) Lol, and you have the nerve to call me out. And lol, mcGAry is a top 5 player from the draft?

You also deserve Kudus for being Josh Smiths #1 fan. And tons of revisionist history on your part, I was one of the only people on the board who actually liked KCP prior to Detroit drafting them.

You are on ignore for a reason, and now I'm back to not reading your posts. The fact that you are still allowed to post on this forum after you disgusting display of bigotry and your contintual evasion of the language filter is alarming.

Some people here seem to post on this forum just so that they can pretend to be right every time. Give it a break. Post insightful, supported comments. Try not to label other people's ideas as stupid or ridiculous (or something similar)--it does not lend itself to positive interactions in the future. And what's with putting quotes from others in one's sig just to shame them? That sets the tone right away, every time the member with that sig posts. Finally, quit being so attached to your ideas--be open, at least to a small degree, to the idea that you might be wrong. There is not shame in that.

Back on topic: how many more wins would we have if we had a four who could defend the perimeter? It's a fuzzy hypothetical, but I'm in a wandering, wondering mood.

Thank you for this PoP.

Now I have to lock this thread.

To all of you, I have absolutely no interest in keeping threads open where people are personally attacking each other.
