I'd wager Lee can be had for cheap. He's a nice player, but will clean out the cap space immediately, unless you send some similar sized deals back to GS- which isn't what they want.

He would fit on the team, but his salary isn't a logistical fit for a deal with Golden State.

David Lee and Monroe are pretty much the same player. Lee just has a better mid-range J. So... No.

Unless they wanna pony up a truckload of picks I'm against bringing in Lee for 1 season.

Yeah he could play a role for us but we're better served looking elsewhere

David Lee and greg Monroe are the same player except David Lee is better and he rode the bench on a championship team. Kinda a big hint greg was always never worth bringing back. Simply bc he's a limited one dimension offensive player. Like I've said before. You Better Be DIRK If Your Going To Be One DIMENSIONAL.

Some One Will Pay greg. But they won't win.

Even getting their draft picks isn't enough - I expect them to be near the top of the league for several years, so their picks will be high 20s. They would have to throw in a legit player as a sweetner for us to waste our cap space for a year.

Only way I'd consider it is if they threw in Barnes. And even then I'd be unsure about giving up the 8th pick.
He solves our SF problem, only issue there is he is an RFA next season.
