probably my favourite part of the article:

I want to be on the All-Defensive First Team this year. I’ve been really living off my defense since college, and that really gets my offense going. My biggest jump this season was me becoming a more offensive player and just being patient, not playing so much full speed on the offensive end. I used to rush a lot of shots, make bad decisions. So right now, I’m just playing under control and with so much confidence. I’m just becoming more of a playmaker. I know I can score the ball, I know I can shoot the ball; it’s all about me elevating my passing game, seeing the floor and just continuing to get my ball-handling to where I want it to be. My game is going to improve.

everything in that paragraph is what you want to hear and what he's clearly shown on the court each passing season. in all honesty KCP is probably my favourite player on the team, it's so hard not to root for him.

Great article! Its really cool how much detail he went into instead of the surfacy stuff you usually get to read in pistons fluff pieces. I wonder how KCP would guard KCP and how he would describe his offensive tendencies like he did with Wade, Beal, Curry, etc.

So SVG preaches going under the screen? Is Reggie deaf?

Well said sir! He's a streaky shooter, but most of them are. One thing you can be sure of is that he'll be hustling all the time he's on the floor. Good model and teacher for SJ, although to be fair SJ was known as a willing defender when drafted. I don't really have a favorite player, but consider KCP as one of the keepers. I gave him an 8 in the early season survey, so I must be a believer.

reggie doesn't really go over screens either, he kind of just hits them and hopes for the best.

He better make All def first team this year. He's earned it on effort alone.

The fact that he's guarding the best guards every time should give him some credence to his ability around the league.
