I don't think so... His Instagram has been changed for days.

But at this point I'll take it as a good sign.

Quick, we need a gypsy woman for some palm reading!

Lol... If he's in Detroit, maybe someone could "read" his coffee

If HOU is interested in Evans it would be to fill Motiejunas spot, so means they must be expecting the deal to happen.

Please let this trade go through and DMO have a healthy career. Even if we end up giving the 9th or 10th pick away for him i would rather have DMO.

Did he just change it today? If so that is pretty telling imo. If he did it 3 days ago it would be different, but to do it on the decision day, knowing in a few hours you could have to change it to HOU again wouldn't make much sense unless you already knew for certain.

Not that it's hard to change a twitter profile, but why even do it now after 3 days unless you're sure, ya know?

DMo was actually projected as a top10 pick in 2011 draft, but he dropped all the way down to the 20th because some scouts were saying that his work ethic is questionable. They couldn't have been more wrong though, DMo is a workhorse and as his ex-coach McHale said he's a gym rat, constantly living in the practice facilities, except for sleeping :)

Yeah, I've been refreshing it constantly for these 3 days. Yesterday he changed his location to Detroit and today he changed the bio.

Agree. I honestly don't care about adding another rookie and waiting 3 more yrs for him to develop into the player we need. Give me DMO now and I'll worry about longterm issues later if they happen.

There was risk in the Rasheed deal too. 2 1st picks and our whole bench for a volatile player on an exp contract. He could've ruined our whole team a la Iverson and we would've never won anything. But he was too perfect a potential fit skill wise to pass because players like that don't come along often. I feel the same about this DMO deal and we're giving up a lot less so I say just do it.

Wouldn't it be great that we "found" something, and renegotiated down to a 2nd round pick?

I don't think Morey would accept

Hm, then maybe my browser needed to refresh, because it was still saying 'The player of Houston Rockets' for me yesterday :)

That would be, my dear friend, a hypocrisy ;)

You guys are cool, nice nicknames: Donuts Montezuma - made me smile, Donatas Motiejuana - new brand of Lithuanian weed :P

On the more serious note - can you imagine the stress on the guy? He should be going nuts right. Does he stay or does he go? More importantly - "Am I healthy or am I cripple for the rest of my life???".
Man, if DMo will pull through this mess unscathed, he would be made from steel. First two seasons with the Rockets were the nightmare he had to survive. I almost gave on him. Sitting on the bench, or playing like 1 minute every 10 games or so...BUT last year he surprised me (a rear thing to happen). I had very high expectations about DMo and Rockets this season, BUT everything went down the crapper :(

I guess it is a moot point - trade has been rescinded.

O horror!!! Bleep, bleep, bleep... Sorry guys, gotta split :(

If I was DMo, I would ask the management nicely to let me finish season in the NBDL, with snakes in da valley :( Come summer, go to Europe, sign for the nice $$$ and forget all this NBA soap opera garbage :(

OK guys, take care :(
