Local or national broadcast

When you have a choice, which do you watch?
Comments to rationalize bad contracts -
1) It's less than the MLE
2) He can be traded later
3) It's only __% of the cap
4) The cap is going up
5) It's only __ years
6) He's a good mentor/locker room guy

Local. George and Special K are two of the best in the biz. Wish I could be watching them right now

And then switch to TNT at halftime

I watch National. I switch over to FSD for post game tho. I watch National to hear what they have to say about our team. I love George and Greg, but I have a good idea what they think of us

Same here. Blaha is a legend but when we get some coverage like these playoffs it's nice to hear what other analysts think, good or bad.

I've listened to George blaha for what seems most of my life. I know what he's going to say, and I love everything about him. I do however also like to hear some outside opinions. I usually just flip back and fourth between fsd and the national channel

It really seems to me that the local broadcasters take their jobs a lot more seriously, and do the research about opponents better than the national guys do. National guys will see one game from 2 months ago, and then not have watched anything other than highlights on a team before they're calling a game. Then they'll go on and on about something that happened in that one game like it has been a trend for the team all season.

And I get that the national guys have a lot more to cover, but somehow the local guys seem to know all the ins and outs of our opponents without fail.
