Yeah, enough about the free throws...Keith Langlois actually addressed this topic in his latest mailbag. He mentioned improving shooting and ball handling for the young wings and strength and conditioning + footwork for Dre (and of course free throws).

Can players even work on defensive skills in individual summer workouts? Defense to me has always been something you work on as a team. I guess they could watch film or play exhibition games or something.
