I'm pretty certain SVG stopped short of calling him elite because he is a young and hungry player who he wants to keep improving.

You only trade a player like KCP if you 100% know for certain the guy you get can guard 1's and 2's and is better offensively.

And if we want to get into clichés, KCP and maybe Morris are the only guys who bring the intensity every second they are on the court.
