Probably because he's in his early 20's, and people (especially those in their teens/early twenties) post pretty much everything to social media. And I don't mean that as a diss, either. I'm just saying that there probably isn't much to read into there besides him liking social media and wanting to post what he's doing to it.

Not really impressed. I think there is near universal agreement that pro athletes benefit from a consistent routine in terms of workouts, lifting, nutrition, and rest. Being a gym rat is ok, but I'm much happier hearing about him taking regular practices and diet more seriously than I am about late night shoot arounds.

Apparently he's been doing this as part of his pregame and post game ritual, just getting in extra work and its coincided with his improvement in his play?

I'm impressed when anyone is willing to put in the extra work to get over a hurdle and improve.

Whether his path to improvement includes doing & recording his post game routine, changing his diet, or being more engaged in regular practices it is dope to see Stanley putting in the work.

He came in Detroit talking about wanting to be great, now he has to do what the truly great ones do.
