Bulls and Knicks started off hot and their fans (mostly NY's) **** on our team for it. Watch us get the 6th seed and neither of them make it. I thought we'd be a 4th or 5th seed this year. Getting 6th wouldn't be that bad actually. We may even shock someone if we get hot at the right time sitting 6th.

Yea I don't think getting to 6 is out of the realm of possibility by seasons end...just kind of depends on what we do with the Ish/Reggie PG situation. Its clear that everyone plays better offensively with Ish at point and at least he'll give the effort on defense unlike Reggie most of the time. SVG is in between a rock and a hard place.

With the way KCP plays with Ish, I think Stan is going to be forced to start Ish. Dear god is Reggie going to have a melt down. he didn't even want to play behind Russell ****ing Westbrook

Reggie may be better off taking a week or 2 off just to see if he heals up a bit. Not sure he'd do that though

He just had a week off.

Look, I'm no Reggie apologist — I was ready to move on from him at the deadline — but no matter how you feel about the man, his attitude, and his style of play, I think it's impossible to watch last night's game and think he's healthy; hell, on his last two "penetrations" he stopped about 8 feet from the rim and fell down!

So this is kinda brutal, but I think it's time that SVG and the coaching / medical staff just shut him down completely. The team plays better with Ish and he's only hurting his trade value. I honestly appreciate him trying to play through it, and I don't know if we keep him through the offseason or not (the last starting PG before Reggie lost the job while injured), but just like a corner man who knows when to throw in the towel, it's time for SVG to take the decision out of the player's hands, protect Reggie from himself, and do what's best for the team.

Also to Doc's point Beno was REALLY good as a backup behind Ish when Reggie was out...sooo not completely out of the question but I doubt Reggie would go for it.

Reggie has been great in some games last year and I think he can get back to that once he is 100%. But, him trying to play hero ball at 75% is just hurting the team.

Reggie trying to play hero ball at 100% hurts the team too. Really marginalizes everybody else on the floor with him except Drummond. He's not Westbrook, Harden, etc. Those guys are good enough to play that way on a consistent basis. Jackson? Nah.

If the deadline leaks didn't wake RJ up (he's not worth Rubio & Orlando think he's worth DJ & a large expiring) then sitting down and watching Ish make the comeback and get the W should

His style of play is what needs to change. You can call your own number whenever you like - the rest of the time look after your team mates.

Plenty of scoring PGs do it do it's not a foreign thing
