Van Gundys problem is that he surrounded Drummond with guys he could get, rather then guys he needed. Reggie Jackson is better then DJ and Kyle, but SVG needs a better version of DJ. Not a showmanship guy like Reggie. We need pure shooters, I'm not even sure we have any.
Its been odd, because as a coach he has a system...but as a GM, he hasn't stayed within it.

We NEED shooters in the starting line-up, you don't win games in today's NBA without it.
Marcus Morris is not a starter & isn't a good spot up 3 point shooter.
Jon Leuer obviously forgot how to shoot.
KCP improved significantly over last year, i'm hoping he can improve on that next season.
Tobias is inconsistent from 3, but he is pretty efficient otherwise so I think we just need to replace Marcus in the starting line-up.
I mean even Reggie is shooting 36% from 3, that's better than Leuer, Marcus, & Tobias.
