Boban the baby eater with 14 points, 11 boards, and 3 blocks in 20 mins.. Dude just flat out fills up a box score.

Yeah. That was exactly the same thing people said about him coming out of Marquette. I actually don't like the look of his shot in the air. Not enough arc. Henry needs more touch, but that might come with seasoning.
Anyways, I think Boban is my favorite Piston. That's probably not a good thing.

Let's see what Stan draws up here. Should be a 3 for Bullock.

Season over
As frustrating as this year was at times it's gonna suck with no Pistons basketball for the next six months

Next year will be a very interesting year. This year everything that could have went wrong, did. Hopefully we end up like the Bucks/Wizards and get back into the playoffs next year. It's possible.

Stanley Johnson 0-5 tonight...woof. What a crap season. If he doesnt get his act together this offseason he might be playing in Europe after his rookie contract is up.

I like how the bar is so low for KCP that a 6-18 0 assist game is considered solid for him.
i said that in the middle of 3rd quarter when he was knocking shots down...4th quarter his shot went to sh**

What a tremendous April for Bullock - - - 58% FG / 65% 3pt.

He's a solid all around player... possibly our sleeper next year.

As much as I still believe in SJ, if I see him playing on his stupid streetball circuit again this summer I'm going to trade him myself. He better not touch a drew league or iseo league or nothing else like it. Get in the gym with a real player like Kahwi or Jimmy Butler or Hakeem or Kobe and get your game back.
You need 2-way wings, 2-way shooting bigs, and you can't allow low iq players on the court. Assist/turnover ratio is crucial. Shooting point guards are icing on the cake IF they are plus defenders.

This game reflects our season perfectly: how many games we have started really bad and then it's too little too late to come back and win it...

Exactly...obviously the pro-am summer league isn't helping his game a lick. He needs to man up this offseason. He talks about wanting to be great so Ok Stanley do something about that. You're not even good, let alone great.

Yes, let's blame SJ for losing his confidence and swagger!
This franchise has stifled him from day one and 2 seasons later he's still on the leash? Why?
We're not a great contending team forcing a kid to earn his minutes!
We're not a top 4 team in the East that can't play a kid because his mistakes might cost us HCA.
We're a **** Lotto team featuring several guys who don't give 100% effort on either end yet we choose to hold SJ to a standard few on the roster actually meet!
That's on management & is the reason he spends more time looking over his shoulder than looking anywhere else!
Either play him or **** trade him - wasted 2 years of his career already in Detroit.

Trust me I'm the first one that would have started SJ from last year and let him grow.
But he also has to take some of the blame for his struggles. Last summer SVG told him to strictly work on skill and skip the streetball. SJ goes to all the streetball tournaments instead. He shares part of the blame because he's ignorant and he thinks running up and down the court bowling over college kids, 37 year old NBA retirees, and semi-pros that work at Starbucks but hoop on the side is beneficial for his game.
SJ blew last summer, and if he blows this summer, he's not going to make it here. SVG and SJ share the blame 50/50 straight down the middle for their epic failures this year.

I'm confident he learned his lesson from last year. And I want to give him plenty of slack, because he just lost his mom as a 20 year old, and thinking he knows what he needs to do to make himself better, while probably trying to keep himself distracted. These guys aren't machines, they're people and major life events have an impact on them and affect them. I'm thinking he learned from his early season benching and realized that he doesn't know best, and I'm hoping that will make him more receptive to coaching. I just don't know if SVG's screechy voice is the one that he needs to be hearing.
