This is devastating.

At the beginning of the year this is more or less how I would have described the worst outcome possible for this franchise. Bad enough to be a major step back from last season, good enough that we still don't get a real shot at a franchise changer.


So yeah. All of this, again. Its amazing how perfectly badly things broke this year.

Honestly, its going to be a while before I can even look at this team again. Everything about it makes me sick. 12th pick is heartbreaking. I had hoped that at least the Hornets wouldn't outtank us. But they along with just about everybody else did.

It never fails, no matter how strong a draft class is, you can always count on the Pistons to be one pick away from the sweet spot of that draft.
