Boston plays drastically different offensively compared to us...it's gonna take some time for him to adjust

Re: Game 4: Pistons (2-1) vs. Sixers (0-3) - 7PM EST
Sixers needed it more (were 0-3) and it showed.
We still look like a mediocre team at best. Some occasional sparks on offense, very average team defense.
What do we do if we are in the 7-9 spot in the standings come the trade deadline? I figure we have a few more more months to get it together, but if we are not in the top 6, we should just start blowing it up.
Keep Kennard and Ellenson since they are on rookie contracts and still have "potential".
Keep Tobias. He is a bonafide player and under contract.
Trade Bradley. Even if he is our best player and the type of players we want on our team, we just basically punted the KCP problem a year by trading for him. No way he is going to resign with us so we might as well get some picks/young assets.
I really don't care about anyone else. Get younger, get more cap space, get more picks.
And maybe Stan the GM will have to fire Stan the Coach. I can't complain about his GM job - got a reasonable amount of talent while giving away very little. Sure the RJ and Drummond contracts don't look good now, but I feel he pretty much had to sign them. RJ (when healthy) is still the best PG we've had in awhile and Drummond still is one of the most athletic bigs in the league.
Ugh.

Well he's filling in the KCP role quite nicely. Just chuck away and see where it gets us.
The fact that he even needs time to "adjust" to our ***ty conservative offense is laughable. Any one of us looks like we can be a part of the SVG system at this rate.

Bradley is avg the type of percentages he did last year after looking it up, he's shooting 39% from 3 and 46% overall just in less attempts. Don't know what you guys are talking about chucker.

That's your opinion mate.
He's gone from a system where everyone is involved all the time to one where he barely gets the ball.
If you think that's not gonna be a difficult adjustment then I don't know what to say.

That is our system though.
As much as people wanna talk about analytics and as much as people think SVG was ahead of his time in Orlando the mid range J has been our shot of choice the last couple of years.
How many times have we complained about KCP, Tobias, RJ, Mook taking loads of mid range shots?
Now it's AB. Do you not see the pattern?
Part of it is ALL teams are looking to minimize 3s, FTs & shots at the rim
Part of it is our system and the players we have on the roster
As MM said ABs attempts are down on last year but his % is the same thus far.
Yet the perception is he's chucking?
The reality is he's adjusting to this system that doesn't take advantage of his skillset

I'd add Johnson to that list of players. If we are going to blow it up , a project team and force fed minutes is exactly what johnson needs. If a asset needs to be included in a trade, johnson obviously be the first player.

While yes i would love to keep him, he'll become disgruntled on this losing team, and if we are blowing it up, he's one of our more valuable assets.

I would actually love to keep him but not at 30 mil per. He brings a attitude that we need the our young picks to follow.

couldn't agree more, and RJ as much sh* as we give him is still only being paid 15 mil per. At the worst he's a FV contract for what he does bring.

No SVG doesn't want people taking contested middy jumpers.
