Glad I didn't get a chance to predict this one ahead of time. I'm sure I'd have been wrong. No way would I have predicted 2, let alone the FIRST two.

We could very well have an amazing start to this season. Every single one of those games are very winnable and as of today we should be favored in every one of them.

Nice home stretch there!

Locals better turn up

We matchup extremely poorly against Milwaukee but we should be favored in all other 7 games. Miami, Indiana and Minny with Butler are not going to be easy games tho.

The way the Pistons play down to their competition at times are going to make some of those a lot harder than they have to be.

Beat the tough teams, lose to the sorry teams. Probably lose to the Lakers . . .

I'm just not seeing where Charlotte, NY and Minnesota are definitively more of a good team than Philly. They're literally all within one game of each other.

If we win against the Fakers, I bet there will be more talk about the Lakers losing than our winning , just like these past two games. if so, GOOD! Let the pundits keep focusing more on the high-profiler losers than the low-profile winners. I want us to sneak up, hustle, and take everyone's milk money. Heh.

We beat everyone but Philly so far, good or bad we've beem beating them. Even when Tobias or Stanley, or Ish had horrible games we still play well and beat whoever we're facing.

We're a different team, Tolliver and Bradley probably changed our team's mentality or perhaps it happened before they arrive, Dre obviously put a lot of work this offseason and Reggie have a different mentality since pre season.

I hope that if we do beat the Lakers, we don't come home complacent and look past the teams at home. They need to go into each game hungry.

Gotta like that but just don't play down to the competition like years past.

In regards to Philly, it is hard to beat teams on their home court opening night. They are improved, but I can see the Pistons doing better once they are conditioned as long as SVG and staff can keep the players from losing motivation when having off nights.

Brook Lopez beat us several times single handed last season. He has help now.

You enjoy being the heel of the board, don’t you?

Meh. You don't have to agree. But, my comments aren't baseless.

Didn’t you say this team wasn’t capable of internal improvement?

This board gets so high and so low, you people are like one person with bipolar disorder and 30 different personalities.

Be patient. Don't freak out when the slide happens at some point. Look for real improvement, and be super duper happy if we sniff 50 wins.

I try to avoid the highs and lows but it can be tough when the effort isn't there.

Outside of the frustrating Philly game, I've been happy with this teams fight.

I think much of the doom and gloom was wrapped up in Reggies health and Andres lack of effort & development last season. It was a weird step back that I definitely wasn't expecting.

When the team went on that winning tear after the Tobias trade, I really thought the team had turned the corner.

I guess this teams progress is just like life and not a pretty line steadily ascending.

IMO you should enjoy the crazy highs (beating LAC & GSW in a B2B) and go nuts when we give games away with no effort

The ones inbetween? Such is life.

There are real tangible signs of a different team here - I know some of y'all are allergic to hope but grab your Epipen and hang on tight

I just realized that we are 3-0 versus the Western Conference so far this season.
