Another game that was a guaranteed loss last year. This is the best this franchise has been in almost a decade.

Despite a couple of disappointing losses, there really hasnt been a ton to complain about so far.

Yes. It's worth seeing Drummond go dominant in the second after being non-existent in the first half, Ish bringing serious spark off the bench, Avery fighting through a poor game to come up big with defense and a huge shot at the end, and a number of other gems.

Wall out for at least two weeks. We have WAS next friday so that game looks a lot easier now. If we get past BOS monday night we have the Suns and the Wall-less Wizards. A 4 game win streak in this crazy stretch of games is a possibility.

Starting to feel like Drummond plays soft in the 1st half now and comes out strong in 2nd halves.

Like he waits to make sure he is good foul trouble then closes the game strong being really aggressive defensively.

Thanks, ill check it out then.

It also looks like another dig-out-of-the-hole game.

This trend is becoming worrisome.

It beats the hell out of a "fall into a hole and lose" trend.

Other than Reggie Jackson and Jon Leuer not being traded yet, of course.

The only one that stings for me is the Pacers game. Can't expect the team to play great every game, so bound to lose some winnable games, but that Pacers game was one we had in the bag locked up

Pacers? What about the Lakers, we should have blown them out of the water.

Bucks was winnable so it's not that big of a deal

Im pretty sure we lost to Philly as well, also a huge mistake

Take the Philly and Pacers game out and we are 14-4 which nearly matches the Celtics

then again say Butler hits that game winner last week and westbrook scores yesterday we go to 10-8. All about perspective

Then again say the Pistons outscored every opponent this year. They'd 18-0. It's all about perspective. Game face, bro.

That's why they play the games, because "what if" scenarios are far less entertaining to sports fans than actual games.

I suppose there's always room for improvement, but given expectations going into the season being 12-6 is rather sweet? The "couples" humor aside, it seems as though this team is different from last year's in that they actually care. A team that wants to make its mark. Besides perfection, what else were you hoping for? ;-)

After having watched the game now, I have come to the conclusion that this team goes as Andre goes.

When he's engaged they are elite. He has such a massive effect on both ends of the floor its absurd. This year the Pistons have been behind by double digits and won. In those games Andre just isn't playing hard and has no impact.

Then something happens. Caring? Someone called him a name? I don't know. He just peps up, flying around the court blocking shots, steals, putback dunks, amazing assists, everything and the team just goes crazy.

It reminds me a lot of when Ben would take over a game defensively and the team would grind other teams into dust. Andre has that same impact everywhere on the court when he's engaged.

Its so damn bizarre. Doesn't care/intense

Watched so many games and seen these turning points but I can't put my finger on what "activates Drummond" at all.
