Saw this posted somewhere else. In their first season with the pistons Josh Smith scored 1264 points on 1233 shots and Avery has now so far scored 595 points on 563 shots.

Look on the bright side, unless SVG extends him the Pistons won't have to use the stretch provision on his contract.
