Offensively - ball movement. The ball was definitely sticking to start the season. Now we're playing in space and guys are starting to get shots in their comfort zones. Even RJ has stopped over dribbling. We really don't have many 1-on-1 type guys, so all the role players look so much better when they aren't being asked to create shots.

Defensively - it looks like we are all on the same page. It's a very by-the-numbers approach. Chase guys off the 3 point line. Let the bigs stay home as much as possible and live with teams getting mid range jumpers. It's pretty easy to sell out on the perimeter. It's not so easy to stay disciplined on the mid ranged stuff. And really, you need everyone disciplined with that approach. When Joe-nobody is splashing 17 footers on you over and over, you still need to stick with the game plan.

Lineupwise,
- moving SJ to the bench has brought more leadership on defense and offense to the 2nd unit.
- RJ getting his rythym.
- Bruce Brown being used as a weapon on defending elite guards. Stanley being used as a weapon on elite wings.
- Blake being a superstar but not pressing... using his gravity to draw defense and giving his guards open shots.

Dre is just being All-Star Dre, but he has another mental level to hit to really take the team to the next level. He has to get back to hitting his free throws and thinking like an elite All NBA player.
You need 2-way wings, 2-way shooting bigs, and you can't allow low iq players on the court. Assist/turnover ratio is crucial. Shooting point guards are icing on the cake IF they are plus defenders.
Weaver & Casey, govern yourselves accordingly!
