Joe D probably has the best draft resume of anyone in the NBA when it comes to second rounders in his decade plus in Detroit he got Okur who was an all-star, Middleton who was an all-star, plus several other guys who ended up with long NBA careers when most second rounders aren't on NBA teams a few years later.

He did a lot of good things that are underrated but his mistakes were crippling unfortunately
