1) Used 2nd round picks on 2 wing players with defensive reps and some upside. It looks like both have a shot at being rotation players, so that's a big plus.
2) Signed a cheap wing player known for athleticism and outside shooting. He's been a bust, but I like the direction if not the outcome.
Gores seems to have a playoff or bust mantra, but the current FO hasn't done anything to leverage our future for that. They just brought in some young guys to fill out the rotation and didn't commit any future money.
Don't forget signing Jose and Zaza!
