Flat out bad game for Rose today. Several of his shots got blocked and the decision making on the last play was just awful.

Down by 1, instead of taking a shot and allowing Drummond a chance at a board or putting the Hornets back on the foul line, he lets the clock run out without getting a shot off.

Biggest issue is its not in line with Gores vision. He wants to compete and rebuild at same time, which we've been trying and failing to do for the last decade.

Trading Blake for any kind of positive assets is more likely the route we go.

Our defense was equally putrid to start last season and we started getting decent as the season went on. However, we are almost 20 games in... This falls squarely on Casey. I've been a Casey supporter forever and I still give him some slack because of lack of talent and injuries but I am growing increasingly annoyed with him after his stupid rotations, nailing Kennard to the bench his 1st two years, and now being unable to put a competent defensive scheme together.

Derrick Rose is still a borderline allstar in this league. We can get something of value from him too.
