I think Morris is going to be pretty difficult to trade, at least on his own.

1) I just don't think he has much value. There is a reason why Detroit was able to sign him to a BAE deal.

2) There aren't very many tradeable contracts in Morris' tier around the league. The vast majority of his level of salary are guys on rookie deals. I highly doubt teams will want to trade a guy on a rookie deal for Kieff, at least not abybody Detroit might actually want.

3) Most teams with available trade exceptions large enough to just absorb Morris in trade are already at the roster maximum, which means they would have to cut someone in addition to sending a pick to Detroit.
