C Daniel Oturu, the 33rd pick in the NBA Draft, was traded to the Clippers for a Pistons second-pick in 2023 and the rights to Mathias Lessort.

This move happened a few days ago and got lost in the shuffle in possibly the busiest NBA offseason week of all time. Here's what we said about him on Draft night: "He made the Big Ten All-Defense Team behind averages of 20.1 points, 11.3 rebounds and 2.5 blocks. He also showed he can spread the floor, drilling 36.5% of his 3-point attempts, and the 6'10" big has intriguing agility with the ball in his hands. He's still raw as a playmaker, but Oturu has all the tools to develop into a reliable role player at the NBA level."

This 2023 is from the Griffin trade right? Because LAC got 2024, 2025, 2026 from Detroit in the Kennard trade (along with Utah 2023 which was Pistons last remaining pick from #30 for five first rounders debacle trade last years draft).
