I still think they finish 5th but wow, this was huge.

It really all depends on SGA returning for the Thunder. He is supposed to return mid-april, but who knows with the way OKC is tanking.

If he comes back even for the last 2 weeks, we should have a big enough gap on the thunder.

Wizards and Cavs are both closer to the play-in spot than they are to us

No doubt. The Pistons aren't catching those guys and Cleveland is probably out of reach too. It's all about the Pistons, Magic and Thunder at this point determining 3-5. Minny and Houston seem locked into 1 and 2.

This L tonight is pretty amazing with everyone they had out. Bonus for us Bey and Stewart both continued their solid play and even Hayes had 6 assists and just 1 TO so that's encouraging to see as well.

Took CoJo and Frank Johnson, both whom have been playing well, to both stink it up a bit tonight to come out with that L.

Pretty good. Pushed a little too hard on one possession and hoisted an airball, but definitely is getting more comfortable on the offensive end.

I have a hard time imagining them resting him for tanking purposes. He’s still a developing player who will benefit from the time. This isn’t a Horford situation.

They may play it cautious though.

I doubt OKC catches us though. Not saying it can’t happen but I’d be surprised. I’m still betting on 4th.

It's cool that Reggie is still our tank commander even on another team.

Wow, that was one clutch loss. I didn't think there was any way we could pull that out.

Seriously though, this thing with seemingly every decent team resting their stars against us is getting old. I'm sick to tuning in to watch Paul George light us up and getting some g-leaguers instead.

Yeah tanking only is getting harder from here on out with all the recent spate of injuries and the compressed schedule. It's scaring the good teams to play more competitively. Teams look at our team and think rest day from here on out

He showed some good stretches, defensively and offensively, I wish Casey would have pulled him in the 4th quarter, since this has been his pattern since he's been back, but he extended him and this is when most of the bad Hayes stuff occurred, I think it's a little too early for this and I would have liked to seen him come out feeling good about his effort, rather then being a big part of the reason why they blew the lead.

He definitely fell apart at the end and was a big cause for the loss in the final minutes but it's probably a good situation and growing experience to have him out there.

Good game though until the end of the 4th qtr when things got intense.

Giving the youngsters a taste of game ending pressure, a beautiful stealth tank by Casey.

I've never seen a team accumulate so many losses while being interesting and building their core. Masterful.

Killian seems to be settling in a bit. Great passer but needs a lot of work on his jumper. He'll need to be able to knock down shots if he's our pg of the future. Pretty big project at this point but fun to watch.

Last 4-5 minutes of the game. Some good analysis on Killian too.

^ Great analysis of the final minutes. Thanks for posting. This was one of the better games of the season to watch. Close game down to the wire where the young guys are finishing it out. Even better since we lost which helps the lotto balls. :D
