Sending a 2nd and $5 million cash may get you a first rounder from a team right at the end of the first round that has an owner who's been hit by Covid and wants the money. I'm not so sure our owner is wanting to hand out $$ like that though. If anything he's been on the receiving end up getting cash from other owners.
I think Grant should be the only asset in consideration for moving to get another first rounder this year. At some point the Pistons have to stand pat with what they've got and start improving as a team. Some people here love the idea of constantly making moves for what they think is higher value, but then that's at the expense of giving a core of guys a lot of time to play together and become greater than the sum of their parts.
