That's my problem with Casey's whole offense. He's trying to fit these players into his offense instead of molding his offense around the players. Thus he's not putting them in position to be successful because he's not running an offense that plays to their strengths, or adjusts when something isn't working.

thing is stewart can actually hit 3s well at least he did last year probably has to get into a rhythm to hit those but we dont let him shoot just score inside the paint.

Isn't it already clear Pistons aren't going to the playoffs? When does Weaver just tell Casey to stop playing CoJo so much?

Have you watched Saben play lately? This ain't the G-league. He drives into traffic waaaaaaay too often and gets his shot blocked a lot. Now don't get me wrong--I'd still rather see him getting minutes than Cojo since he's young and has potential, but let's not make him into something he's not. Every single player on this team has looked like absolute garbage more than once this season, Lee included.

Yep, blows my mind wondering what some people are watching. This team is missing Killian badly, Cade missing him badly. Yep, I would rather see Saban over CoJo, but no way over Killian. This stretch without Killian has been pure hell .

And what happened to the defense? It sure looks like this team has given up on D. And quite frankly, I can't say as I blame them. If Casey is constantly trying to force them into an offensive game plan that isn't working and they're always playing from behind since they can't score, it's not likely they're going to be going 110% on D all the time.

It's Killian's fault when the whole team forgets to shoot when he's active. It's again Killian's fault when the whole team forgets how to shoot even when he's inactive.

Garza and Cade look good when they play together. Would like to see them on floor together more often.

That was difficult to watch. So many open looks and misses. Having Ellington last season to overcome cold shooting was more valuable that I realized.

Casey certainly hasn't put together offensive game plans that play to our strengths this season. That said, ice cold shooting can't be fixed by the coach. Maybe a failed road trip will force some changes but if the shooting remains weak, it's going to be a long season.

Might as well start Lee, McGruder, Lyles, Garza and Pickett and see what happens. Let the normal starters watch for ten minutes.

This team is frustrating to watch. I'd be really interested to see a lineup of Cade, Diallo, Josh Jackson, Bey, and Stewart. All younger guys who play hard. Especially interested to see Diallo get a larger role with the team as he actually has a high ceiling. Have Killian come off the bench and lead whatever group of bench players excluding Cojo. Trade iso-ball Jerami Grant as well at the deadline. I'm convinced he isn't part of the long-term solution.
