What time is the deadline today?

Lakers aren't going to do that. Hayes doesn't return a FRP from anyone right now.

I believe the deadline is 2 p.m. EST.

Trading for Bagley means you want to give him the keys with Cade. You don't trade for him just to play him 18 minutes off the bench. Grant has to move to open up minutes for the Bagley/Cunningham show, right?!? God knows Grant will not pass up shots for others.

I just keep refreshing my twitter feed waiting for a Shams bomb.

I think Bagley can/should play the 5 for us. He might come off the bench too, so that we don't meet the standards for the full QO, but only the half. He'll get all of Lyles' minutes, though, and I'd think most of Kelly O's.

The Nets are getting 2 first round picks in the Harden/Simmons deal.

Grant to the Nets for fillers and the 2 FRPs?

Of the sarcasm playoffs? Yes.

Well, not totally. My level of interest would be most aptly described as "interested." But I do want to see Grant traded, no doubt about that. And even then that's just "want," not "kicking puppies if he isn't."

I have zero productivity now. Maybe in 1 hour 20 minutes I'll be able to get back to work

My brain has already bailed. I have a little "to do" list of stuff I CAN do, but nothing I NEED to do. And my boss is out this week anyway so there's that. And not that that means I can dick off more, it means he's not around to drop dumb crap in my lap so I can REALLY dick off more since I know that all the hours left in the week are mine.

The Nets could use Grant and Olynyk would be a nice backup for Embiid....

Those are going to be late firsts.

But hey, it'd be something.

Rather send them KO though. His deal is longer than Grant’s

True, but, they are two first round picks.

Joe Harris +2 1st round picks? Does that tickle your fancy? It does for me.

Sure, why not. Though I still don't see Bagley starting or playing at the 4.

Just trying to hold onto rapidly waning hopes...

Now that the biggest domino has fallen, it's prime time for Grant to be traded

Or at least hope. Ultimately don't think he will though

KO plays well with others though. Grant gets selfish. I'd much rather move grant, just to move him TBH, than anything else. Cade/Bey played so much better with him out of the lineup. Their development is more important than anything we get from moving Grant.

And I'm not saying Grant is a poor player, he's just not a fit with this team.
