Massively misrepresenting your business model for the sake of making more dollars falls squarely into the category of fraud on both the federal and the state levels, and this would be an absolutely massive case of fraud. We're talking congressional grand juries and a hardcore FBI investigation, with the owners and NBA front office put front and center.

This is all real convenient, and makes Shaq look pathetic.

As he gets older, he’s getting more and more desperate for attention and clicks. He’s only had a million opportunities to tell this story before (and it would have been perfect in the Orlando Magic 30 for 30)…but he waits to say it now because the lottery being rigged is a hot story.
