Seriously?!?!?! Where do you get that from?

Because they are so well rounded of a team, have great depth on there bench, because they arent just a offensive team, they can hang with anyone on the defensive side, because they have the best back court in the league, etc, etc! You dont think the warriors have a great chance of being in the finals??

What?? The only game that was tough was there 3rd game, even tho they just swept the pels, you wouldnt be impressed if they swept there way to the finals?? The warriors dont really have any holes in there game, they just added david lee back to the lineup as well, you also dont think curry is a super star in this league??

Lets just leave this at a agree to disagree.

You said they were a lock to make the finals. Do they have a chance? Sure but Houston and Memphis have been more impressive. San Antonio is my pick to come out of the west by the way.

All 4 were close games, they can't put teams away in the playoffs like they need to because all they really do is shoot jumpers and that's not consistent enough offense. Every time they started to get a comfortable lead they went cold and NO came back. Weren't all of the games decided by single digits?

7, 10, 4 (in OT), and 11. So no, not really.

The Pelicans did have some Anthony Davis fueled comebacks, but in most cases, the game was already out of reach. The Warriors bench is average or a little above, really, not great, and a lot of those guys didn't play very well or very much in the series (Iguodala, Barbosa, Livingston, Speights, Lee, Ezeli, Holiday).

They're really good, though. Sure, they could lose (not a "lock", as you said), but they should be clear favorites.

Game 2 the Pelicans led by double digits at one point and gave the game away but it was tight until the last minute, all four games were. I'm not at all impressed so far.

It's clear you don't want to give the Warriors credit for whatever reason. That's fine. Nothing was "given" to them -- they took it. That offense can erase deficits so fast it'll make your head spin.

Absolutely but they also let teams back into a lot of games when they aren't hitting their jumpers and that won't fly in the west in my opinion.

Their bench played poorly when asked to protect leads. That's about it.

Memphis without connley and with the warriors having about a week of rest to go against a tired mem, dont see it ending well for them.Iam not to worried about houston,I think the spurs will give them a challenge and if we learned anything about the spurs ,you shouldnt count them out,I think since the all star break they have had the 1-2nd best record coming out of the west.

You are right about letting teams back in,but curry acknowleged that and said they have a tendency to cost when they get a lead.I think with kerr being coach and a team that admits that,we will see a much more locked in team.If I read correctly this warriors team is 4th in greatest teams in the history of the NBA in regular season, thats pretty good company to be in,keeping opponents to 100 and below are guarenteed wins..What makes them a dangerous and different team,is on the defensive end, they are dangerous on that end as well.Davis even said, that playing against bogut/green was brutal and it seemed that they were all over the place.Their roster is probably only matched by the cavs, which love is now out by the way..There really arent any holes in there game, good perrimiter defense, rim protection,1 on 1 defense, then you have elite offense to match..

Sorry, trying not to sound like a homer, but I really do like this team, especialy this year..Anyone one wanna make alitlle wager, sig bet

I kinda hope the Hawks flop in this playoffs and we take some of their players somehow.

These playoffs have taken a somewhat more exciting turn after a pretty disappointing start. Milwaukee wins 2 in a row against Chicago, DWill comes back from the grave to tie up the series with the Hawks...

If you think about it, other than the Spurs or GS maybe, no one team is safe to being heralded true contender status right now. CLE lost Love, and JR. Chicago is looking tired against the young guns. MEM needs Conley. And of course the Hawks.

A lot of these series really can go either way IMO, probably the most in a while.

Yeah Bucks have been a nice surprise. I'm not surprised that they took 1 game but def wasn't expecting them to take 2. Henson, Middleton and MCW were beastly last game. Very impressed by the Bucks- they start 3 nonshooters and they are young and are putting up a fight in the playoffs. Itll be interesting to watch how they grow but theyve got a great core with MCW/Middleton/Giannnis/Parker and Henson is starting to look like a good piece as well. If they manage to land a good C in FA like Monroe they can be scary good.
