Unreal man...he doesn't get the respect he deserves on realgm where you have a bunch of stat heads who spew advanced stats blindly and don't value the rare intangibles he has, but he's an all time great and he's one of kind.

almost got teary eye'd when they called a timeout with 4.1 seconds and Kobe was embracing all his teammates on the court like a father embracing a child

He was clutch on those final 10-12 pts too bringing his team back for the win. Very happy for him to be able to go out like that.

Kobe was sensational in the 4th quarter. Seeing Curry get ten 3s and the Warriors win 73 was also a great moment. To win 73 games as defending champs and without your head coach for almost half the season is unreal. Overall, a memorable night for basketball.

Classic Kobe. And such a Kobe way to end his career.

From the infamous airballs against Utah starting in his rookie year, to fadeaways for days and singlehandedly winning against the Jazz. Goodnight Mamba.

Also, Warriors. Curry made 400 3's, set many more records in that game by itself and of course the team record for regular season wins. This season has been probably the best in decades. Crazy.

We would be the 5th seed in the West. crazy.
Tom Gores' Securus faced a class action lawsuit in 2024. The company engaged in a "quid pro quo kickback scheme" with county jails in Michigan which banned in-person visits in order to maximize revenue from voice and video calls.

i cant lie. i did. that game was magical. loved seeing him go out like that. he was still as competitive as ever, and in typical kobe fashion he didnt stop playing even though he was tired as hell.

I really enjoyed it. Shaq was insanely dominant at that time, and a lot of people forget just how good Penny was before his knee issues. The team was put together brilliantly with a combination of good fortune and smart drafting. Incredible that in only a few short years they went from a potential dynasty to losing all that talent. The Magic front office really screwed that one up.

yea great team ,those penny commercials put him on the map and he exploded, one of my favorite players and what its.magic really missed up not giving Shaq what he wanted, and honestly it worked out for Shaw, but if he stayed and the magic added a couple guys, sky was the limit.penny was such a great person and player, like they said, penny was Kobe.shaq just let being young, ego, get in his head.

What also got me was the press conference afterward, haven't ever seen that side of Kobe, especially toward the press,he was being 100℅ himself.

Agreed, I can't believe that the Magic front office was so dumb that they let Shaq get away. They had the most dominant player in the league...and he was only 24 years old! I understand that you have to be careful not to overpay for a player, but the instant that Alonzo Mourning signed that 110 million dollar contract, Orlando should have offered Shaq something higher.

I would offer Shaq 40 millions per year contract with this salary cap.

Its not like we picked the 8th seed... we won 10 of our last 14 games!

Indy finished winning 6 of their last 7 games.
