Re: Around the League
The whole Rivers thing can't be worse than Chris Smith aka JR's brother though.
He got a roster spot on the Knicks even though there were more deserving D-Leaguers that put up triple the stats he ever could. That was purely out of nepotism, this is a bit different.

11 mil I think? but knicks are considering waiving him and no one is picking up his contract off the waiver wire. He'd clear easily. For an offensive talent that dude can be on a SVG team, I'd definitely be intrigued at the vets min
Much better plan
If he survives Waivers, then he is going to Cleveland, Miami, Lakers or some big market team on the cheap. Or better yet, rejoin the Raptors to play behind than Valencionis dude. Pistons would have to decide if they can add him and his $11 mil for just this season. I doubt they have cap room for that.

No that absolutely is the worst one. Doc could actually use his son on his roster. Chris Smith didn't deserve a camp invite, let alone a regular season job.

Re: Around the League
Austin Daye waived by the Spurs to make way for JaMychal Green who would have been poached from their D-League team.
Interesting that Hawks, OKC, Spurs and Indiana all meeting with Quincey Miller - three of the elite teams are interested in the guy should tell Stan something.

We should absolutely shop Gigi. I would like to see the PIstons get Miller, but I don't think hes something getting mad over missing out on.

SVG likes players who do certain things well. Not projects he's going to have to spend energy on. He's also very protective of our locker room dynamic. Its in a good place since smith left

Re: Around the League

Klay's 37 in a F**ing quarter. The best quarter of any player in a long while...
Best traditional SG or at least top 2 overall SG, no? Harden definitely has him beat but he's a close 2nd right now, he's unreal.

Re: Around the League
Someone on the GB just compared Korver to Ben Wallace in terms of being an elite role player....wow. Korver is quickly becoming the most overrated player on all of realgm. He's thought of on here the way a casual fan thinks of Klay Thompson.
Charles said on TNT he felt Jennings or Knight should've made the all star team instead of Wade.

Korvers shootng something like 57% from the 3. He is a elite roll player.
