Cleveland looks like a better team with LeBron at the 4 and Love in street clothes.

Honestly think they'd be a much better team if Lebron would commit to playing the 4
Kyrie, shooter, 3&D, Lebron, rim protection...
Wonder what they could get for Love in a trade...

Re: Around the League
regardless, the way he played last night isn't befitting.Even when green was on the bench yelling and trying to fire everyone up,curry sat beside him and put a towel on his face.Theres no doubt he will bounce back, but he still has a ways to go,as of now, looks like green is the leader of that group.MrBigShot wrote:Short of maybe Kobe I don't think anybody really had the type of "im not going down without a fight and i'll take 40 shots if i have to" mentality MJ had.
I don't think Curry is disinterested, but he definitely doesn't have the same ice in his veins swagger when his team is losing as he does when they are playing well. The real test will be how he bounces back from this awful game. Will he lead his team to victory and go up 3-1 or let Cleveland tie up the series 2-2?
Pretty funny thinking back to 2-3 yrs ago and everyone debating on green, remember alot of people didn't want him on this team and some of the reasons were,to small, isnt a good shooter, cant hang with the Stars of the league.Iam genuinely blown away by how far he's come.maybe we will get a shot at him after he's done winning a couple of rings, would not only be perfect next to Dre,but would be the leader this team needs.

Oh man that SF perfect for Wiggins. Omg still can't believe that trade. I would've waited till trade deadline just to see them play together see how it was going. Bron at the 4 is a pretty nice spot. Bron perfect mentor for Wiggins too, but he didn't want that.

Love has always been overrated. He is a big that can shoot and snatch a few boards. Ryno can do the same, but Love is better than Ryno.
Love has proven that he holds every team he has been on back.

One of Love or Kyrie needs to come off the bench IMO. Those two just can't seem to coexist for whatever reason. Their +/- splits when one of them is on or off the bench varies a lot which seem to point out some compatibility issues. Both aren't great 3 and D players and need the ball in their hands to mitigate their terrible defense.
Really not the best fits for Lebron when you think about it.

Either one would be great with the 2nd unit because then they would be given the green light to have the ball go through them.

Varejao is the most infuriating player to watch. I don't want Cleveland to win, but I want varejao to lose somehow.

They'll trade KLove after this season is what I'm predicting. He's really been he odd man out ever since he couldn't coexist with the rest of the big 3.

They should really try to work out some deal for Melo. Cavs would probably have to add more to the deal but that would make for an interesting team.

Re: Around the League
Yeah f*** Lebron and his league driven meddling. And screw Adam Silver for suspending Dray for no reason. Why not suspend him after the kick rather than this bush league motivated suspension.
It literally doesn't make an ounce of sense, period. I almost forgot the NBA was a consumable good for a sec.

Re: Around the League
It always comes down to the almighty dollar.
League lends a helping hand,if the cave can win the next game and stretch this finals out,its all good for the league.
Funny thing is,lebron crying about being called the big B word and in turn green gets a game suspension.pretty sure LeBron proved greens point.
I imagine all the old school guys ,lsiah, bill, jordan, chuck, shaq, magic, bird, etc are all thinking the same thing about Bitchgate

The suspension was because it's his 4th flagrant foul point. You could argue that it wasn't a flagrant foul, but the suspension certainly wasnt for no reason. It's part of the rules:
Under league rules, any player who accumulates four flagrant foul points over the course of the playoffs will be automatically suspended for one game, and every additional flagrant foul will result in either a one-game suspension (for a Flagrant Foul 1) or a two-game suspension (for a Flagrant Foul 2).
"The cumulative points system is designed to deter flagrant fouls in our game" said VanDeWeghe. "While Draymond Green's actions in Game 4 do not merit a suspension as a standalone act, the number of flagrant points he has earned triggers a suspension for Game 5."

Re: Around the League
I agree with the suspension. As I was watching that game I yelled at the TV, "Green, don't do something stupid!" I think the NBA was right to give him a flagrant, and he should be smart enough to know the situation and realize that Lebron is baiting him. Pretty lame move by Lebron if you ask me, but he isn't the idiot with 4 flagrants.
Detroit vs. Everybody

That's what I'm arguing. The flagrant was highly unwarranted and random in comparison to not giving Dray during that Steven's kick.
