He's available if they can trade him for Exum. Otherwise I don't know how available he is.

Hi guys,

I've been on this board before, but it looks like you guys are looking for a young SF. Would you guys want Harrison Barnes? He ain't gonna play confidently with Iggy and Green breathing down his neck all season.

I would like to give him a shot but what do you think the Warriors would want for him from us?

In all honesty, i think our FO wants to dump Lee. He stinks on D (hence, we call him Avid Lee). But, overall, he's not a bad player. We would either consider Josh Smith or Greg Monroe (who's a FA, right)?

Would Lee + Barnes + Crawford for either Josh Smith or Greg Monroe + CV do?

The last thing we need is a PG who shoots worse than Jennings.

CV is a FA but we would do that deal for Josh Smith 100 times out of 100 with you guys.

Lee wouldn't be a good fit on our squad bro. I could see Barnes+Crawford+another asset(from a 3rd team) for Smith or Barnes+Crawford+future 1st for S&T Monroe. Lee would have to be sent to a 3rd team to make it all work financially.

This will work(assuming Lee can be moved in the future). I don't have high hopes for Barnes anymore but he can be a solid fit on this team if he can improve his shooting and D.

What does Crawford's contract look like?

Lee will be pretty much like Carlos Boozer: an overpaid, undersized PF who does nothing but score and rebound. I think Barnes can flourish elsewhere. He's just mindf#cked by playing 2nd fiddle to Iggy or even Green. He has a solid stroke and play some defense if he gets into it.

Crawford's an expiring this offseason.

I have a trade idea that would seem like a lateral move to most, but I think it would be a better fit for our team.

Trade idea: C Greg Monroe to BOS for PF/C Jared Sullinger + SF Gerald Wallace.

Reasoning: I believe Jared Sullinger would be a much better fit along side Drummond. Sullinger is really just Monroe with a jumper. They have pretty much the same stats, and Sullinger is also a year younger. BOS really doesn't have true C on their team. Both Olynyk and Sullinger are both PFs so I believe they could use a C to pair up with Olynyk. Taking Gerald Wallace bad contract would IMO be worth it because pairing Sullinger with Drummond would be best for our team in the future. And Wallace could provide some Veteran leadership to the young guys on our team.

Lateral? This is a terrible offer. Sullinger has very limited upside and has questions about his back. To add to that, we have to take on Gerald Wallace's awful contract?

They had questions about his back when he was drafted but he hasn't had an injury to his back yet since he has been in the league. I don't know what your talking about when you say he has "limited upside". All I know is the guy averaged 13 pts and 8 rebs in his 2nd year in the league. He also can stretch the floor a lot better than Monroe. Everybody has been doubting him since he has been in the league and all he does is continue to produce. Watch the game where he went for 31 points and 16 rebounds against Demarcus Cousins (one of the best young C's in the league). Dude is a big body, with a lot of skill and plays with a lot of fire.

Jared Sullinger was also named Eastern Conference player of the week back in February. I don't think Monroe or our god send Andre Drummond has received that honor yet in their careers.

Sullinger AND Wallace for Monroe this has to be some kind of sick joke

Smith for Green then we can start talking

We already have enough trash contracts on our team we dont need an even bigger one in Wallace.

Why would we need to take on a bad contract to get Sullinger?? I'm thinking Boston better throw in some sucky, sucky if we're going to do Monroe for Sullinger & Wallace. Jeeeppeeers!

The only reason why I put Wallace in the trade is because Sullinger is only going to make 1.4 mill next year and if we sign Monroe to a 10+ million dollar contract then it would be an even trade money wise. I know Gerald Wallace is not worth 10 million dollars a year. His contract will end in 2 years so it wont hurt us in re-signing Drummond. At least Gerald Wallace would know coming in that his role would be coming off the bench. If we keep everybody then you will be paying either Greg Monroe or Josh Smith 13-15 million dollars a year to come off the bench. And whose to say either of them would accept that role? We all know Josh Smith wouldn't do it and I honestly don't think Greg Monroe would either. So we would be investing all of that money into someone who may or may not show up every game because of their attitude.

You are aware that trading for Sullinger and Wallace makes us worse and does not help this organisation in no way, shape or form.
Hence the reason for that sucky, sucky i requested from Boston.
