Keep it up guys, with a baby on the way my funds are frozen, the game threads and the occasional game vs the Cavs or Bulls on WGN are the only ways I can really keep up.

There is a Youtube channel that uploads full games in HD, let me know if you want me to PM the link to you.

Thank you very much kind sir.

The channel was taken down by Youtube yesterday, worst timing! It was called 'NBA Full Games2' or something like that, I guess that the guy will re-open it. I'll keep an eye out for you.

lol, this board would honestly suck if we all agreed with each other. Also it makes it that much sweeter when they are proved wrong in front of the entire board. BOOOO YA

I now root for the Raps (finally have something to cheer about) but am looking forward to our two teams playing relevant games against each other going forward.

You guys have some beastly players and a great coach - so hopefully you can sustain your success.

The east gettin deeper with good teams is a great thing for all of us. i hope that this is the pistons team we will now see. While i understand 7 games is a good sample size, this is detroit and i know better. We will know when we lose a game and see how we bounce back

Yea,this is the only place I can come and talk det basketball with people who actually know what there saying.I argued with a friend on FB yesterday (hes a lions fan) and we were going back and forth why det is better than the lions (I know, but thats what friends do),and he came at me with "no one wants to come to det,joe D has to overpay for everyone,he will probably max out some scrub then give it to dre".Thats what I deal with, with friends, they havent followed the pistons so long they still think joe is in charge and still GM LOL.

When SVG was hired he stated he wanted to build a Spurs-like organization....I'm not gonna say we're as good as the Spurs on the floor (when they're at full strength) but it's easy to see how the 4-1 offense works.

Drive and kick, crisp passing around the perimeter and TWO bigs that can score the ball down low means we've got the technology....and when it's all clicking its hard to defend against.

There will be nights when the 3s don't drop, there will be nights when our bigs fail BUT if we keep improving defensively we'll be in the game until the end and after 5 years of pathetic basketball that's all we should ask for right now.

Stan has $20-30 mil to go shopping this off-season. What he does with it will define his tenure

I joined this board probably at the beginning of our lost hope. People thought CV and BG were just injured the year before and Stuckey was gonna turn it around. It's nice to finally see some positivity not involving draft picks.

I've been active for a quite a while. I'm sure some people recognize me. Even though I don't post that much anymore, I read your guys' comments every day. RealGM is my only Piston forum website and I love it here. Whenever there is news, I come here first. ESPN is my last resort lol.

That's the same crap they were saying about Toronto's ability to attract/retain free agents. But the smart players, $ being equal, want to go to solid, well-managed teams where they have a chance to compete for a chip. Hopefully SVG can deliver on the GM side.

I was gone for a couple of years. The Pistons were just a pain to watch. I watch sports to be entertained, not to vomit all over my house and end up with my head in the toilet. I don't need big ass playoff runs and stuff like that, I just want to watch a team who wants to fight, who wants to work. And yes, finally. IT'S BACK!

I remember agitating for us to trade for Zach Randolph in those days (05-07)

I love how the Pistons have played but I'm a little bitter about their winning streak.

Detroit winning means another team will not be worse than the Lakers. Not enough teams being worse than LAL means they get top 5 pick and they keep it instead of giving it to us :(

I know it sucks, Even the ones I can somewhat talk to about just don't nearly know enough about the team (or as die hard as all of us) to have a fun conversation with. I love this site because it's all we have to actually talk about basketball realistically. Even if some us talk a little crazy at times it's still so much more advanced then anyone I know personally. I wish I did have at least a couple friends as interested in the team as me to watch games and bull with sometimes . All I can really talk with my friends like that about is a Football or Baseball but I sound like the dumb ass most the time talking about baseball.

You guys might hit gold on that pick this season man. Celtics will be going full tank along with maybe teams like Sacramento, Orlando and maybe Denver. Also even if they finish 5th they could still get jumped. Either way I see it like this in my opinion by seasons end.

Knicks
Sixers
Timberwolves
Boston
Orlando
Lakers

Trolls will be trolls. Now it's more like "Countdown until Andre Drummond is the starting Center for the Eastern Conference All Stars."

I'm another guy who does a whole lot of lurking and not a lot of posting. I read through the game threads and most of the other posts but don't make my own a whole lot. The last couple weeks have been awesome around here and while I just started coming to the board a couple of years ago I can imagine what it was like when the Pistons were winning all of the time and I think we are on the right track!
