Spurs just won't miss. They are hitting a lot of contested shots.

Again, Spurs just don't miss. I'm surprised we are even this close with how stupid they are shooting.

Blake hasn't been great since the ASG, shooting sub 40% fg

13/34 from 2, his 3 ball has actually been good still

Oh well. At least the Spurs are not a threat to win anything anymore, and soon they will be a lottery team.

They just dont know it yet.

We fought hard but it's impossible to win against a team that just doesn't miss shots

Agree that Blake, who dominated most of the season Pre ASG, hasn't been as good the past few games. He even had a 20-10-10 triple double but he really hasn't dominated the way he previously did. Not sure if part of that is because he's letting shooters shoot or if he is trying to coast a little bit because he's played so hard and physical most of the season but you can clearly tell he isn't in nonstop going HAM mode he was for much of the season. Might not be a bad idea to rest him a game on the next B2B.

As far as tonight, I like the fight and I'm ok losing to playoff teams on the road as long as we keep winning against lottery teams and wins some against playoff teams at home.

Hard fought loss....SA coming off a horrible roadtrip, they were due for one. Nice effort though.

we would've had a much better chance had we made shots from inside the 3pt line.

21/62 fg, Spurs shut down anything inside, and played a good game on O and D

I think the obvious reason why Griffin hasn't been as dominant is that Jackson and Drummond have taken on bigger roles in the offense and we are playing away from Griffin a lot to keep a balanced attack. We have been doing this for a little while now.
