Now that Greens jumper is starting to come along I might put him in that tier 1.

Maybe, if he keeps shooting well.

As is, he was only at 29% from 3 thru 7 games. After going 5-6 the other day, he’s now up to 37.5% thru 8 games.

His shooting percentage is something to keep an eye on as the season progresses.

Assuming PF Isaiah Todd declares for the draft, is he a guy that we should target in the 2nd round?

Will he make it to the 2nd round?

This is my first time watching Kuminga in a while and oh man is he struggling big time. He's missing easy point blank shots, clanking outside shots, turning the ball over and looks lost on defense. Of course this means very little in the long run and is expected with a teenager playing in a pro league to have rough patches but this is a REALLY rough patch.

On the other hand, Green looks a lot more confident than he looked earlier in the season. It's like the script between the two completely flipped. Both still easily top 5 prospects though, scouts don't get swayed heavily by small sample sizes good or bad.

I only seen them live once but it does seem Green has surpassed him in efficiency now. Kuminga looks special as a wing with all the moves he can make with the ball in his hands and even pass it. In highlights I've been watching it seems like hes trying to show off his skillset as a big wing/forward without being able to score consistently yet.

Still see alot of potential though especially given his position.

Green is the superior outside shooter to Kuminga. Kuminga is more filled out now, but Green will add bulk!

Cade, Green (I'm starting to feel for Green. Perfect spot for Detroit at SG. Cade could play sg too. )
Green looks like more Attack Mode potential. I like his passing as well and size at the sg spot.

Top Tier - Future All NBA
Cade
6'8 JKidd/Chauncey Billups

Mobley
7 foot Bill Russell/Chris Bosh

Jonathan Kuminga
Paul George and Kahwi Leonard in one

2nd tier - playoff contributors
Springer - future top 15 pg
Green- spark plug sg
Suggs- energy guard

3rd Tier - championship level role players
Moses Moody - two way SG
Ziaire Williams - triple double shot making threat as a wing
Franz Wagner - versatile 2 way high iq

2nd Round
Charles Bassey - athletic big that shoots 3s
Santi Aldama - smooth skilled big
Kessler Edwards - potential 2 way wing
You need 2-way wings, 2-way shooting bigs, and you can't allow low iq players on the court. Assist/turnover ratio is crucial. Shooting point guards are icing on the cake IF they are plus defenders.
Weaver & Casey, govern yourselves accordingly!

Something to keep an eye on with the Rose trade, people complained about not getting at least NY's 2nd (getting our own 2nd back was off the table) but I believe the Charlotte 2nd will end up the better of the 2 anyway. Charlotte is playing well but can't get over the hump of 8th seed then back out within a couple days. That pick could end up in the 30s too.

Jaden Springer with 20pts (3-4 3pt) 5rebs, 6ast, 2stls and a block. Really like this kid if we fall out of the top 5

Cunningham is going #1. He can do everything that you'd ever expect from a 6'8" player well.

There are 3 surefire all stars in this draft IMO:

1. Cade
2. Mobley
3. Green

Any of 3 of them have a chance to be all nba. Really hope we can land one

Cade was incredible. He scored in every way, blocked a shot down the stretch, had a big steal, sunk every free throw. This was a stamp on #1 overall type of performance.

The one criticism I have is that his handle is sloppy at times but that was impressive, against their chief rival too in an intense environment.
